Phi Phi Natural Resort - Ko Phi Phi

location is everything. as for phi phi natural resort, location basically is their biggest (and, in our opinion, only) asset. from the resort, you have access to 2 beaches - the long one, shared with several other hotels, plus a rather small private one, where only few of the hotel residents go, so you really are to yourself. hotel staff is great. easily one of the friendliest hotel crews we ever had. slight language barriers, but no actual problem there. nice infinity pool, though a bit small. coral reef right in front of the hotel. most of the corals have long been dead, still, nice for snorkeling due to a multitude of fish. all in all, a nice retreat, but far from flawless. main problem is price-performance ratio.

room was never really sqeaky clean. garden is rather poor. breakfast is that of a low budget hotel. no umbrellas on the beach. only the private beach has chairs. hotel promised pick-up service from phi phi main pier on the phone, we waited for more than one hour but they never showed up. in the end we paid 1.000 thb for a long tail boat to get to the hotel. of course, that is also the price for every time you want to get to the village. which you will probably want to do every now and then. close by to phi phi natural resort, there is only a handful of dinner locations, none of them special, all of them overpriced. long paths from resort centre to bungalows. very bad wifi, it hardly works anywhere in the resort.

Essen in Hotel ist eine Katastrophe, Preis-Leistung sehr schlecht, Sportmöglichkeiten nicht ausreichend, Sehr abgelegen man benötigt dauernd ein Wassertaxi um in die Stadt zu kommen

zu abgelegen, im norden von koh phi phi und nur mit wassertaxi erreichbar. ausflüge zu the beach, reilleys beach etc werden ueberteuert angeboten. strand ungepflegt, diverse traktoren die gaeste befoerdern und boote ziehen ziehen tiefe fahrrinnen in den strand. leider zu langweilig, es gibt romantischere orte. massagen und sonstige zusatzleistungen wie waesche waschen sind ueberteuert und in Koh Phi Phi Stadt guenstiger zu ergattern und zu organisieren. ausserdem hat man in der Stadt bzw. im Dorf auf dem Landstrich zw. beiden Islands die Ansicht der hochragenden Berge, die diese Lanschaft ausmachen. Davon sind man in der Nordspitze leider nichts.

Trotz direkter Meersicht (upgrade) durften wir uns jeden Morgen spätestens um 0600 von den vorbeifahrenden Longtail Booten wecken lassen. Hotelstrand ohne genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme - Pool sehr klein. Ameisen im Zimmer und dreckiges Wasser. Toilettenspühlung funktionierte nur sporadisch.

Schöner Strand, gute Anlage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, schöne Poolanlage, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage

Das Wort "natural" ist in unserem Fall deplaziert, ausser man erkennt fahrende Traktoren und Schiffskutter die einen um fünf Uhr morgens wecken als natürlich an. Selbst das Palm Tree Resort in PhiPhi Town war "natürlicher".

Staff - very helpful. It was one of the places, where we felt normally: nobody tried to cheat on us, everything what we asked was done at once. Nice place to stay, nice beach, surroundings.

Very expensive trips - 4 times more expensive compared to the ko phi phi island center tourist offices prices. If you want exclusive and closed area, it does not have it, because share the area with 4 hotels in total.

Good seaview, silent beach, room is the same as on photos. Staff always happy to help. As we were on our honeymoon we liked isolation and silence to be together but it is definitely not place for active holidays. Very beautiful nature surrounded us.

One thing which is not indicated anywhere - the hotel is situated very far fron the pier and the only way to reach the hotel is on boat, what is rather expesive.

The Phi Phi Natural Resort is located in Laemtong beach, the isolated part of Phi phi. The resort is sprawled out over a large area. It has its own private beach, an advantage of being in a corner. The rooms are good but could use a little renovation. Breakfast was complimentary and quite filling. Free wifi was available in the room, though we were told it was available in the lobby only. Wooden floors, spacious rooms, small porch out front with two beach chairs. This part of the island is really isolated, so expecting any overly luxurious facilities will disappoint. Expect a really quiet environment, idling your time between the pool, the beach and the restaurants. On a side note, the hotel is slightly expensive for what it provides.

It is a place for people which are looking for quite (if you ask me the place is more appropriate for old people)

First of all it is far away from the center of phi phi so you have to take a taxi boat and the price is not so chip (they charge us for 1200 bhat ) and you cant take a taxi back to the center by night. The shower was old and not clean and witout hot water.there was alot of ants in our room. The chiper room is located up the hill so there is no wi fi and it is alot to go by foot to get to the beach and the restaurants. You can find better hotels for less money.

The location of Natural resort is excellent. And the service is good, the staff is very kind

The air condition is in front of the bed, so it is a little uncomfortable when sleep

It seemed expensive to eat because you were quite isolated on the beach Tractors on the beach :-( To many tourists shipped in to have lunch spoilt the feel of the beach and hotel

Price for excusion war Overpriced!!!! Taxi boat Overpriced, better you find it yourself it s like more that half price!!!!! Transportation fron the peir should be included, with the price we paid for the room, it s the least it could be Or at least you should tell your client tahat it is 1000bath from the pier!!!
